Most transfers happen the same day – it normally takes 1-3 working days to complete an international payment.
CONTENT NEEDED
Each customer is allowed to send £12,000 every year, without a proof of income.
When you reach £12,000 within 365 days you need proof of income, which would be the source of the money you’re planning to send. We accept the following documents:
- 3 latest payslips
- P60
- Tax return or self-assessment
- Loan agreements at the bank
- Proof of sale of properties or vehicles
Usually, most of the proof of address documents are valid 6 months from the date of issue, except for those that come with the expiration date on the letter.

If you don’t have a proof of address, you can ask for a friend fill in a form authorizing you to use their proof of address
